生成式人工智能的使用在游戏行业仍是一个非常热门的话题,尽管这个热度有很大一部分来自于人们的抵触,无论是艺术作品、配音还是游戏开发,生成式AI通常都被人看不起。
不久前,微软宣布推出一款名为Muse的生成式AI模型。这款模型由微软游戏智能团队携手Ninja Theory共同研发,旨在生成游戏画面与控制操作,甚至能同步完成这两项任务。

据官方介绍,Muse的主要功能是通过获取的游戏片段来生成后续的游戏画面,以此来帮助开发人员进行构思。公开的演示素材均基于《Bleeding Edge》进行训练,从展示的效果来看,只需短短一秒钟的游戏画面,Muse便能捕捉到基本的运动轨迹、几何形状,并构建出可识别的角色模型。

然而该技术一经公布,便遭受到不少抨击,有人认为这款生成式AI的推出意味着未来Xbox会把一些根本没人原意制作的游戏交给AI来做,进而会量产出一堆“没有灵魂”和充满“*人工智能”的产品。

而更多的人则是担忧开发成本以及因此导致的裁员问题,有网友也发出灵魂提问:“为什么不利用人工智能取代那些薪酬高昂、一无是处的高管,并将节省下来的数百万美元交给那些真正为项目付出心血、汗水和热情的员工呢?”
